They greatly support marketing and communication students by providing opportunities to gain practical experiences in one of Australia’s leading arts organizations
The interns required skill set:
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Public Relations
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written skills)
  • Positive /friendly attitude
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be proactive
A list of tasks the intern may assist with:
Working with the Publicity team to:

  • Research shows and artists in the 2016 program
  • Draft media alerts for scheduled media calls during the 2016 Festival,
  • Update and maintain the media contacts database
  • Collate and distribute publicity press clippings
  • Order and upload Festival imagery
  • Assist in runner duties
  • Assist with the run out of media calls
