• The software works in beautifully with systems such as Lean, Six Sigma, Management Operating Systems (MOS), Total Quality Management (TQM) and the Theory of Constraints to make business improvement teams’ and consultants’ lives easier.

The interns required skill set

One or more of the following skills:

• Web/software development
• technical writing, testing,
• business analysis, process analysis
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint

A list of tasks the intern may assist with

• Technical writing
• Assistance authoring our clients’ knowledge base (Setup guide, User’s guide, etc.). These are technical docs, not necessarily training material
• Testing – Expanding existing test plan, building and running manual and automated tests
• Project coordination – Help coordinate project and production support activities
