- Our client has over 20 years’ worth of experience within the Australian Recruitment Industry.
- Providing services to both Job Seekers and Clients in the Government and private sector, our client has developed and maintained a strong reputation stemming from their high level of customer service and candidate care, precise professional capability and their capacity to understand and meet the needs of its clients
- Our client is located in Sydney CBD and Parramatta CBD. They can also provide regional and national recruitment through their non-partnership alliances.

| The interns required skill set: |
|
- Qualifications in Business, Economics, Social Science or alike where Human Resources/Recruitment and Selection form part of the course.
- Office Experience (desirable) in a service environment
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to follow instructions
- Prepared to work with process and procedure to ensure compliance
- 3 month full time commitment (could be flexible with 4 days)

| A list of tasks the intern may assist with: |
|
- Preparing Advertising – drafting and posting
- Telephone Screening Candidates
- Temporary Staff Inductions
- Preparing Resume for referral to client
- Briefing candidates on Job opportunities
- Co-ordinating candidate files
- Maintaining candidate profiles and ensuring the database is current with availability, skills and experience
- Special Projects – at the discretion of your mentor
- Probity Checks – references, police checks and working with children

| Value will the intern take from this role: |
|
- The intern will work closely with a team of industry experts and be managed and coached by one of our clients’ Senior Staff members. As our client is a small business and flat in structure, the intern will have access to all areas of the business and resources in the business i.e. CEO, Director, Commercial Manager and Team Leader.
- As a recruitment agency, our clients have gone on to place many of our Interns in Contract work to gain more experience in a paid position.
