- Degree in Engineering
- Professionalism, self-motivation, administrative and technological skills, enthusiasm and responsibility are a must and great advantage.

A list of tasks the intern may assist with: |
|
- Create and improve process maps and procedures
- Learn Engineering Management processes
- Research and statistics and report writing
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
- Conduct research that tests and analyses the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems.
- Estimate costs and submit bids for engineering, construction, or extraction projects, and prepare contract documents.
- Study industrial processes to determine where and how application of equipment can be made.
