Brief Description Of Organisation & Brand 
Our client provides a part-time general manager service to SME’s. Their core service provides staff accountability and performance management but other services are also provided (financial analysis, sales and marketing strategies, business process improvement).
The interns required skill set:
1. To collate information accurately – to check work to ensure no errors are made
2. The candidate must have above average Microsoft excel and word skills, be able to touch type and use a PC/laptop proficiently.
3. Good communication skills – the ability to clearly communicate over the phone and in writing
4. Ability to listen and understand instructions
5. Accurate typing and spelling
A list of tasks the intern may assist with:
1. To collate client information into one excel spreadsheet which will form the basis of a new CRM (client relationship management system)
2. To help research a new project management software platform and import information into this new system
3. To assist in the preparation of HR templates and documents
4. Research HR performance management techniques globally that may assist here in Australia
Value the intern will take from this role:
Learn the processes on how to establish a business. This is an established business going through a re-brand, so the intern will learn how to implement new systems and processes. Coaching and mentoring from a successful business owner who coaches SME’s.
