- Technical writing
- Assistance authoring our clients’ knowledge base (Setup guide, User’s guide, etc.). These are technical docs, not necessarily training material
- Testing – Expanding existing test plan, building and running manual and automated tests
- Project coordination – Help coordinate project and production support activities
|
