Rob is a Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Dream Internship and an active member of the Board of Directors. Rob is also a Financial Analyst at Lend Lease and has previously worked as a Business Analyst for RailCorp and as a Financial Consultant for PWC. Rob received a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from University of New South Wales. Rob also studied Finance and Economics as an exchange student at Universitet Mannheim and has a Certificate in Personal Training.

Sophia Demetriades Toftdahl

CEO, Board Director Sophia is a Co-founder and CEO of Dream Internship, where she creates and delivers career development and internship programs focussing on mentoring interns to be more employable. Sophia also works as a communications specialist for SMBs and Entrepreneurial and SMB networks. Sophia started her career as a teacher and programs manager for Norway’s most multicultural high school creating and delivering cultural adaptation programs. Sophia received a BC Communications from UWS, and First Grade Honors in Corporate Communication and an MBM from UTS. She studied Philosophy & Science at UiO, and has a Diploma in Fine Arts. She is fluent in 4 languages. |
Simon Wise

Internship Coordinator, Australia Simon is the newly appointed Internship Coordinator at Dream Internship. He looks after HR and Marketing initiatives including customer service, social media, market research, program development and sales. Simon previously worked in retail. He is undertaking a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in HR and Marketing at Macquarie University.

Gioia come from a background in human resources and communications with work experience in Italy, Australia and England. CommunicationsNoelle is responsible for writing and publishing Dream Internships newsletters and online articles. She is writing for the web, print, e-mail marketing campaigns and social media. Noelle has a Degree in Journalism from Australian Catholic University. |
