Brief Description Of Organisation & Brand

• Our client is an IT company which specializes in assisting SMBs in all states in Australia on their technology needs.

• They assist SMBs in setting up new IT infrastructure for new office, office relocation, provide advice on technology devices, provide support/maintenance for laptop, desktop, networking equipments.

The interns required skill set

• Basic PC software/hardware troubleshooting skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Good communication skills

A list of tasks the intern may assist with

• Monitor clients’ monitoring portal and raise tickets for any issues detected
• Add new devices onto monitoring portal
• Assist with 1st level PC troubleshooting
• Communicate updates back to customers
• Assist senior engineer with hardware installation
