Our client has been operating for 10 years. During this time they have done publicity for many international and local fashion companies while also working with clients in the alcohol, health and beauty industries.
They are a boutique agency so each intern over the years do leave with a great understating of the industry as they get the opportunity to work as part of a small team on a wide range of projects. From creating, implementing and managing an event that’s attended by the who’s who of the social scene to responding to fashion editors’ briefs for product – each day is varied, different and challenging.Location: Darlinghurst Sydney

Your Skill set

  • Enthusiastic
  • Keen to work in PR/marketing and communications industry
  • Sound level of english, however it’s not a problem if English is their second language.

Possible internship tasks

  • create and update contact lists of fashion editors
  • contact fashion editors to see what stories they are working on and if they can provide any items for upcoming shoots
  • assist in writing any press releases for new products
  • assist in creating media campaigns for clients
  • assist in buying media for clients
  • working on the creation, implementation and execution of PR events, where available, (from sending out invites to guests, following up to make sure invites have been received to assisting in running the event)
  • assist with a few administration duties (eg book keeping)
