We are hiring 4-8 interns from the fields of Marketing, PR and Events Management to help with the promotion of an upcoming event, titled “Career Excellerator” which will be held in late March. The event is targeted primarily towards 18-24 year olds who are searching for job opportunities without success. Often this is due to them having the wrong strategies in place. The aim of this event is to provide event attendees with a range of tactics ensuring they are more effective in their job search. |

Social Media Management:
• Understand social media from an online marketing perspective; including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Build audience levels and help generate new demand

Event Management:
Assist with the swift running of the event itself through:
• Strong customer service skills
• Working on the creation, implementation and execution of PR events
o This ranges from sending out invites to guests to following up to make sure invites have been received; and to assisting in running the event itself
Promotions:
• Help create brochures and flyers for the event
• Help create campaigns using MailChimp
• Assist with creation of videos
• Hand out information in public areas such as universities to students to help build awareness for the event
